I'm a "Mainer" who found my way to beautiful Flathead Valley, MT in 2014 when, my now husband, brought me home to meet his parents. In Maine I grew up playing in forests and wandering all over the small mountain we called home. I have a professional background in parks and recreation management and have been active in that industry for over 25 years. I'm passionate about health and wellness and helping people to lead healthier lifestyles. I believe "healthy" begins at home - a clean home to be specific. When our surroundings are clean and organized we feel balanced and it is easier to create and sustain healthy routines. Our sleep improves, stress levels go down, and we tend to make healthier choices for our minds and bodies.
